Free State of Parasite Islands Treasury,s Office, Communication Department, Bulletin number BO-PIG 0212, makes known as following:The Government of Parasite Islands have decided with the second annual supplement budget to invest in the infrastructure of all islands as planned ; 20.000 mill. US$. Iberian Telecronica will build a new UMTS Network System to provide each island with the newest media technology. All hotels, ports on each island will be connected with modern optical fiber data connections.Financing is guaranteed with Euro Funds from San Natander Investing Bank.Consultorio Urdangarin Ltd. from Caiman Islands will start as an adviser to improve States water and energy independence .
